How does billing work?
You are billed at the end of each month based on your actual activity: order picking, items processed, storage used and transport. A monthly minimum of 500 € applies to cover account operations. Pricing is volume-tiered: the more your volume grows, the lower your unit cost.
How long does onboarding take?
Allow approximately 7 days for a complete integration: connecting your channels via FuturConnect, setting up workflows and receiving your stock. An account manager is with you from day one.
What happens if I grow very quickly?
