Futurlog’s web service documentation

The Futurlog’s web services allow the exchanges of informations from your systems to those of Futurlog. They are working in a way in which this your programs that ensure the different updates.

For most of the e-shop on the market we have already developed programs which, by using the e-shop web services, ensure these updates

You have 4 types of exchanges available:

  1. Descent of catalogue: its purpose is to inform us of any update pf your product catalogue on your website. This allows us to integrate your clients’ orders without errors, to receive your goods and be able to identify them.
  2. Descent of orders: by this web services, we have access to the clients’ orders continuously
  3. Ascent of stock levels: the front-line sales do not have the knowledge of all the stock movement and in particular of the return of goods in the stock. This way, you have access for every reference to its stock level available for sales. This update is automatic and is done at the end of every day
  4. Ascent of orders information: This information is transmitted as soon as the packages leave the warehouse. The most valuable information are the order status and the order numbers. The obtention of those will be automatic every day at 7pm.
