Cmonpremier is a concept-store dedicated to babies. We gather in a same place clothes, high-end childcare articles, accessories, furniture, birth gifts, … I have created the company in April 2007 et relied on Franck Bornet and his team since the launch. The quality of the products and the client services have always been at the center of my concerns. The company has known an important growth et has evolved a lot. We went from a 100% e-commerce company to a multi-channel distribution. In this context, we had the support of Futurlog who was always listening and caring to make my company and process evolve.
In September 2005, one year after having created Acces Privilege, I have decided to rely on the Futurlog company to ensure my logistic. The concept of my company was built around a high-end product catalogue. Moreover, the diversity of the catalogue needed a transport optimization and a thorough monitoring of the deliveries. With Luc and Franck, we have successfully built an adapted distribution to these objectives and made our partners evolve as the company was developing itself.

In doing so, we are obliged to manage the ecommerce logistic of our clients. Right from the start, we have relied on the team of Futurlog. I created Mama Fashion in 2006, it is a concept-store dedicated to pregnancy and breastfeeding clothes. We have since the beginning developed the activity on a shop and e-commerce distribution. In 2010, we wanted to externalize our logistic. The team of Franck and Luc seemed the most adapted in terms of knowledge of this distribution and costs. In 2011, 5 years after creating Little Fashion Gallery, I needed to change my logistic partner. After a market survey I chose the company that Luc has created. I have then entrusted the logistic of the company activity but also of the website of Bonpoint and Gas Bijoux that we managed. We had some specificities and a lot of little providers. The packing and receipt process had to be adapted in consequence. This capacity of adaptation and support were essentials for us.
The company Plantes-et-Jardins which I was the logistic manager has subcontracted its logistic since 2007. After a tender process, we decided to trust Franck and Luc who had, in our judgment, the capacity to provide us solutions for our needs. The distributed products could be little products but also meter long products. We have worked a lot together and progressively we set up process adapted to our different products. Their knowledge of this sector, reactivity and sense of service allowed us to dispose of adapted solutions. The stake was high because the delivery costs for heavy and voluminous products towards individuals is one of most delicate issue of the e-commerce.
When I launched the e-commerce activity of NUXE, we made a tender process for the e-commerce logistic. The main criteria were the e-commerce expertise, knowledge of the beauty sector and a real proximity with clients. Working with Futurlog allowed us to have a true support in these launching steps and with the website development. With Luc and Franck, we were sharing the same values and understood each other perfectly concerning the quality objectives for NUXE. By relying on Futurlog, we have been able to develop effectively this activity by then new for NUXE.
