Here are our top 10 concrete actions taken over the year as part of our CSR initiative:
Practicing ethics on a daily basis
Action 1: Implementation of a new contract signing procedure respecting our ethical commitments
Fully assuming our responsibility as an employer
Action 2: Displaying our commitment to diversity and equal opportunities on all our job offers
Action 3: Employee shareholding: all employees have had access to BSPCE since 2023
Action 4: Since 2023, Futurlog has developed a plan to hire apprentices to complement the company’s interns
Action 5: Implementation of internal regulations integrating our CSR commitments
Minimizing the environmental impact of our operations
Action 6: Selection of the new logistics partner implemented in 2023 was partly based on its CSR commitment and performance
Action 7: Monthly carbon footprint reports sent to all our customers detailing cardboard and wood packaging consumption per order
Action 8: Reduction of paper emissions. Customers are given the option to include or exclude paper documents from shipments, including delivery notes, invoices, return slips, and additional documents. Printing is disabled by default.
Action 9: Partnership with Urb-It (a company delivering in Paris via cargo bike) for emissions-free deliveries
Action 10: Partnership with RAJA to ensure the purchase of products meeting our objectives of minimizing plastic usage (tape, bubble wrap, etc.) and complying with EcoVadis, Ecocert, and FSC standards and certifications.
