Connected with our partners, we are following the activity in order to detect any incident and to correct it in a proactive way. Linked with the e-merchants, we are ensuring a continuous management of their demands. The dashboard allows us to see the satisfaction of our clients on this back-office management.

OUR INTERFACES WITH THE E-SHOP MARKET

We are interfaced with most of the management tools of an e-commerce shop (Prestashop, Magento, Shopify, …). The data recovery of the orders, the stock updating of the shop, the tracking of the deliveries is done automatically by our interface system.
